Hi, I’m a Toronto-based Registered Social Worker, specializing in ADHD, Anxiety, Trauma, and 2SLGBTQ+ Issues.
I meet people where they are at in their journey, and see them as experts in their own lives. My clients are typically very driven and capable, but may be struggling to reach their potential. I help people re-align with their values and get un-stuck from old patterns and limiting beliefs.
