  • Free 15 minute Consultations (phone or video)

  • $160 for 50-minute sessions (phone or video)

  • Payments: All major credit cards and e-transfers accepted

  • I do not offer direct billing, however as a Registered Social Worker (MSW), my sessions are covered under most insurance plans. Check with your provider for more information

    Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the session without being charged.
