My Approach and Specialties
I strive to create a warm, collaborative connection with people so you can talk about your challenges and learn tools to cope better. During the first session, we will start exploring short and long term goals and create a roadmap for how to work best together. I use a blend of different Evidence based therapy modalities, to best fit each individual.
